A continuous strand of early Cultured Freshwater Pearls which are a beautiful creamy lustre grown in Mussels they have a natural bouton shape; the full length measures 90 inches and it can be wrapped five times round the neck or worn in any one of a multitude of ways, both long and short. Dating to the 1970's but with an older Edwardian mood, they are fully hand knotted between each bead and fastened with the tiny Silver fish hook style clasp which is set with a miniature blue paste 'gem'.
